Have you tried a Neti Pot? My sister-in-law has used it on pretty intractable sinus problems with her kids and swears by it.

hi there,

Just read this and wanted to ask is it possible for Ic to come back although mine went for 9 months after i was drinking the tea. I think i need to detox my body to flush the toxins out, why has it stopped working?

Sandy,

Wow! Good find! I've heard over the years about mesh controversy and know some endometriosis patients have gotten it. I hadn't seen this report. I just linked back to your site since I'm sure some of my readers will be interested in this information.

Sandy,

I knew you posted this on Fighting Fatigue but now I see you posted it here and on Facebook too!! Hooray!

THANK YOU soooooooooooooo much for your support of endometriosis awareness!!

Our efforts for Endometriosis Awareness Month are paying off. Word is getting around. It's very exciting! The endometriosis-related tweets on twitter (coded with #endo) are catching on quickly.

The more signatures we can get on the endo petition the better.... because we include the petition link whenever we contact the media.

Too many myths about endo have swirled around for TOO MANY years! We need to get endometriosis FACTS into the mainstream media.

We have many methods of attack in our quest to get endo facts covered in the media. If anyone has media contacts that can help us in this effort, please come and see me at my blog (linked above in Sandy's post).

THANK YOU SO MUCH SANDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Lori, I seriously feel for your situation because I have been there. Don't give up on trying for disability. Keep going for it until you get it. It is worth it once you win.

It is so hard to try and to explain to others what it's like to be so miserable all of the time. I have been with my husband for almost 15 years and while he is mostly supportive, he still gets upset if I'm moody or grouchy because I feel so bad. Keep in touch and let us know how you are doing. Take care.

i have been living with ic for 18 yrs, the pain is so bad that no one understands even the drs. everybody thinks that i have to go to the restroom all the time, but no one knows about the pain 24/7. when i 1st got this i wanted to die. i laid in bed crying all the time, not wishing this on anybody. if i could change bodies with somebody, they would probably not last an hr. with this pain, i had to quit my job because of pain and constant bathroom use. denied disability

When I was married, my husband and I made each other gifts. My most treasured possession is a two-part painted red wooden heart with hinges that opened up into the most unique Valentine card I have ever received.

Happy Valentine's Day . . . the gift of love that you give each other every day is the most important gift that keeps on giving.
